SastaSpace: Your Wardrobe
Privacy Policy

SastaSpace is built privacy-first. The short version: your wardrobe lives on your phone, and it stays there. We do not run servers for it, we do not require an account (sign-in is optional and off by default), and we do not watch what you do.
What stays on your device
All of your photos and wardrobe data stay on your device. There is no required account, no backend or cloud server, no analytics, and no advertising SDKs. The app does not need an internet connection to do its job, and it does not send your data anywhere on its own. Signing in is optional (see below) and off by default.
Optional sign-in (off by default)
SastaSpace offers an optional sign-in, powered by Auth0 (an Okta company), that is turned off by default. The app is fully usable with no internet connection and without signing in — sign-in is purely opt-in and only gives you a stable identity.
If, and only if, you choose to sign in, you are taken to Auth0's hosted login page and your email address and basic profile are processed by Auth0/Okta under their privacy policy. When you are signed out, no account information leaves your device and your identity is just a random id stored locally on your phone. You can sign out at any time from Settings.
SastaSpace still runs no server of its own. We do not receive, store, or proxy your Auth0 password; authentication happens directly between your device and Auth0. Please review Auth0's privacy policy before signing in.
Optional AI (off by default)
SastaSpace includes an optional AI assist feature that is turned off by default. It does nothing unless you explicitly enable it and enter your own API key.
If you choose to enable it, then — and only then — the specific garment photo or text you act on is sent directly from your device to the LLM provider you selected (Google Gemini, or any OpenAI-compatible endpoint you configure). That request is governed by that provider's privacy policy, using your own key and your own account with them.
We never see, store, proxy, or relay your photos, text, or API key. There is no SastaSpace server in the middle — the connection goes straight from your phone to the provider you chose. Please review your chosen provider's privacy policy before enabling AI.
Permissions
- Camera / Photos: used only to add pictures of your own clothes. These images are saved locally.
- Notifications (optional): used only for outfit and wear reminders you set up.
Deleting your data
Because everything is stored locally, uninstalling the app permanently deletes all of your SastaSpace data — photos, outfits, wear logs, and settings — from your device. There is no copy anywhere else for us to delete on your behalf. If you want to keep your wardrobe, use the in-app local backup to export it before uninstalling.
Children
SastaSpace is intended for a general, adult audience and is not directed at children.
